Quaternity provides a way to develop practical skills for developing minds. It goes beyond the brute-force calculation and rote tendencies of (legacy) chess to encourage ‘real’ development in an increasingly artificial social landscape.
The game encourages real-time application of these qualities ‘out of the box’, based purely on structure and gameplay.
Quaternity is a game of ‘moments’ which have a spectrum of good to bad outcomes. This helps young minds manage anxiety and mental health through developing resilience in their highly competitive and stressful school lives.
Our platform encourages developing these skills while omitting all of the distractions and diversions modern gaming introduces to youngsters, resulting in a more productive recreational activity.

...is in bringing the game to communities that can benefit from it. Two simple ways to plug Quaternity into your institution are:
Workshops: A ‘camp’ featuring 2-3 sessions, one per week or as schedules permit. These feature seminars introducing the game to students, demo games with guidance from Quaternity’s expert players (like chess GM Alexander Morozevich, among others) and providing a board or two for students to play in school.
Extracurricular Sports Program: Quaternity offers students a mind sport that promotes competition, cooperation, and a positive social environment for extracurricular activities. The organic development of teams, leagues and tournaments with other schools makes Quaternity a true sport that students can be proud to play.

We are interested and can easily set up Integrations into many cultural or sporting events. There are tournament formats and resources we can provide for the same.
A school league with an infinitely flexible team composition – we can go from individual players to teams to entire houses playing the board!
We hold events for the wider community at large, played across countries and streamed online – every school’s playing group can be seamlessly integrated into these and represented.
Quaternity Clubs are being formed all over the world to have established, friendly playing communities. Students have access, not only to this global Club system, but also to the Quaternity platform to form their own Clubs, Leagues, and Intramural competitions and Inter- school events with schools around the world.
